How do I find products? Products are grouped into relevant sections and you can browse through these by selecting a category on the left hand side of the homepage. How do I select multiple items? You can add as many items as you like to your Shopping Basket. If you require more than one of an individual item then you can do this by increasing the number you add to the Shopping Basket, or by increasing the quantity in the basket itself and then clicking ‘Update Basket’. How do I purchase products? When you have finished browsing click on the ‘Shopping Basket’ at the top right of the screen. This will show you the total cost of your order. From here click on the ‘Proceed to Checkout’ button and you will be taken through a process for entering your details and payment. How can I see what’s in my Shopping Basket? At the top right hand side of the screen there is always a basket logo – by clicking on this you will be taken to the Shopping Basket section. How do I remove products from my Shopping Basket? If you click on the ‘x’ at the end of the product you wish to remove, it will be deleted from your Shopping Basket. What forms of payment do you accept? We accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Maestro and Solo credit/debit cards via the website. Alternatively you can place an order via telephone, where cheques are accepted. How secure is the website? The website uses a 'Secure Server Certificate' which ensures end-to-end transaction security and privacy for customers. The Secure Server Certificate operates seamlessly, creating an encrypted link between your browser and our web server, which protects all the information that is sent during transactions. How can I return an unwanted item? In the unlikely event that you are not totally satisfied with any goods purchased please inform us in writing and telephone Customer Services on 01299 821388 within 7 days (starting on the day after the goods are delivered to you). How long does delivery take? We aim to dispatch most orders within 7 days, but do please allow up to 28 days for the bigger items e.g. heavy double gates. If I order more than one product, will they arrive together? Not necessarily, we will dispatch your goods as soon as they are available. What should I do if I haven’t received my order within 28 days? In the unusual circumstances that your goods haven’t arrived, please give our Customer Service team a call on 01299 821388 and they will investigate the matter for you. We will give you a full refund if required. Do you deliver abroad? Yes we do but only small items like automation remotes and intercoms. If you are after a large item like a gate package please phone or email and we can discuss the delivery options. Is there a money-back guarantee? We offer a 7-day money back guarantee on every product we sell through the website to ensure that you have peace of mind and are happy with your purchase. We also provide a 12 month warranty from the date of purchase on all goods, with the exception of Nice and Came gate automation systems which come with a 2-3 year warranty when installed by a registered installer (like ourselves) and annually serviced. |
