Entrance gates & railings from time to time do get damaged usually by either cars & lorries or by vandalism. If you have a damaged entrance gate, automation systems that has stopped working or has been vandalised please don't hesitate in getting in contact.
We have a fast response time & with our large stock of steel & our vans carrying welder generators most damaged gates can be fixed on site. Where the gates have been to badly damaged we can try & do a temporary repair & quote for a replacement same day.
With automation systems we have accounts with all the major suppliers & can usually get most parts within 24 hours.
Emergency Call outs are charged at:
£75.00 + VAT within 50 miles of Stourport upon Severn
£150.00 + VAT 51 miles - 100 miles of Stourport upon Severn
£200.00 + VAT 101 miles - 150 miles of Stourport upon Severn
£250.00 + VAT 151 miles - 200 miles of Stourport upon Severn
Cost covers travelling & 1 hour on site each additional hour is charged @ £50.00 + VAT per hour
Servicing Automation Systems
As with anything mechanical it needs to be serviced regularly for it to perform as intended. As a rule we only install Nice & CAME automation systems because we think they are the best but when it comes to servicing automation systems there are a number of systems we do look after listed below.

If problems are found with the automation system we can usually get the replacement part within 24 hours.
Listed below are the checks we do with each Automation Service (where applicable)

Inspect all moving parts and grease where necessary (hinges, wheels, wormdrive, underground arm)

Check all welding where the automation is attached to the gate

Clean out all foundation boxes & make sure soak a ways are clear (underground motors)

Inspect all wiring (in the motors, control boards & junction boxes)

Inspect, clean & test all safety equipment (safety photocells & safety edges)

Run through commissioning tests to check leaf delays & automation closing times

Fill out servicing work sheet & explain to the customer any problems or faults

If any safety recommendations are needed these too will be written on the servicing work sheet
